This infrastructure for Nickel Screens & Micro parts manufacturing is heavily focused on Precision technology, driven by the increasing demand for screens/micro parts with finer details, higher accuracy, and improved performance in various industries.

Our Infrastructure is divided in to three critical process units:

Precision Substrate with Research & Development Facility

This facility is the backbone of the whole process and requires clean room operations with minimal manual intervention. All processes are operated with precision parameters which allow development of high-quality substrate design. Our development is unique in a sense that we can make any micron designs in largest available single size.

Electroforming Production Line

This line is to make the substrate design in Nickel Metal through Electro-deposition of Nickel. The Nickel precision parts are produced through Nickel Electroforming, a precise process utilizing a chemical bath where a controlled cathode-anode current builds up the nickel material on a conductive substrate. Our process has uniqueness in dealing with the largest deposition in one process cycle.

Chrome Plating Process Line

This line involves layering the electroformed product with chrome to achieve superior durability and wear resistance. Although the fundamental plating technique is comparable to other chrome operations, our method differentiates itself through its specialized handling of elevated current densities, ensuring both process integrity and adherence to safety standards.
