Electroformed Precision Parts in Nickel are made by Electro-deposition of Nickel atom by atom on a Substrate with Micro designs. This additive manufacturing process allows for the creation of extremely Precise and Intricate Nickel Screen or other Structures, even down to Micron-sized holes. It provides unmatched accuracy, smooth, burr-free surfaces, and sharp edges.

Techniques like using Moving/Rotating Cathodes, and optimized Process Parameters (Current Density, pH, Temperature, Metal Concentration) are being employed to achieve significantly more uniform Nickel Deposition, crucial for consistent screen or parts performance.

Electroforming offers shorter Lead times, with Substrates (Mandrels) created quickly using Inhouse Litho-Technology, making it cost-effective for both small and high-volume production.

This allows for the Creation of Complex 3D Structures and the Reinforcement of Thinner/Thicker Electroformed parts, expanding Design possibilities.

The Electroformed parts are further processed with Hard Chrome Plating, a specialized coating that imparts a high degree of Surface Hardness and Chemical Inertness. This significantly enhances parts Durability, Wear resistance and Surface Hardness.
