Micro Screens

Dinco-DTR Screens has expanded its capabilities to include the manufacturing of Precision Holes in Nickel metal. These Screens are produced using a specialized Electroforming process, which allows for the creation of intricate and highly accurate Hole patterns.

Additionally, the finished Nickel Micro Screens can be enhanced with chrome plating, which provides increased durability and a smoother surface finish. Dinco-DTR Screens can manufacture these Precision Holes in any size or shape, catering to a wide range of Industrial and specialized Applications.

The holes can be made as small as 25 Microns (0.025mm) and customized further depending on client needs. We would soon be expanding our development to include Other Metals beyond Nickel.
